Michael B. Williams is the owner and inspector of Gift of Life Home Inspection Services LLC. Michael has always loved helping people and has been active in the community for many years to fulfill that passion. When he hired an unqualified home inspector to evaluate his first home, it occurred to Michael just how wrong it was to charge people for services that were ultimately detrimental to their success. That’s why his goal as a home inspector has always been to go the extra mile in order to educate homebuyers—enabling them to make a truly informed decision.
Helping People Every Step of the Way
Before he began his work as a home inspector, Michael received his master’s degree and led a successful career in project management. He started by managing software development and moved on to oversee various construction projects. Michael is also a state-registered property appraiser and has worked for many years in the field helping prospective buyers. As an appraiser, Michael has developed a keen understanding of homes and a unique ability to determine the true value of a property.

It’s important for Michael to know that Gift of Life Home Inspection Services has served his clients well and to his full ability. To achieve this, he takes extra strides to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with your home inspection.
As a convenience to you, weekend and evening appointments are available in addition to our normal operating hours.
You’re encouraged to attend the inspection if possible so that you can follow along with Michael as he evaluates the home—giving you an opportunity to learn about individual components and ask any questions that you may have.
Your questions aren’t limited to the time it takes to perform the inspection or the hours immediately after—Michael will take your phone call even months later to get you the answers you need!
When he’s not inspecting homes, Michael is an avid reader, always sharpening his mind through the written word. Michael is also a certified Master Fitness Trainer and Health Coach, helping people improve their diets and stay physically active.
